What is needed to run the simulators?

The KYBSIM simulators can be run

• on a PC with LabVIEW 7.1 installed, or
• on a PC with (only) LabVIEW Run-Time Engine (LVRTE) for LabVIEW 7.1 is installed. You do not have to install LVRTE if LabVIEW is installed, since LVRTE is included in LabVIEW. The installer for LVRTE is LVRunTimeEng.exe, and it is available at:

  ftp://ftp.ni.com/support/labview/runtime/windows/7.1/

  You can go to this address in your Web browser. The file size is approximately 33 MB. By downloading this file and running it, LVRTE is being installed. (LVRTE is installed once and for all.) If you do not have (administrator) rights to do the installation on the PC ypu are working on, you must contact the person who has the administrator rights.
